I placed my order, when will my package arrive?
ORDERS PROCESSING :
Our process time for orders in stock is 1 - 2 business days and 3 - 5 business days for Pre-orders/Orders not in stock before shipment.
SHIPPING :
For Lagos shipments, We use our in-house Courier/ Logistics service and DHL Logistics and for other states in Nigeria We mainly ship through DHL Shipping. DHL Shipping (Express) is within 1 - 4 business days for Deliveries within Africa and 3 - 4 business days for deliveries to USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, and rest of the world. For International Orders also we also have the (standard shipping) which takes 7 - 10 Days.
HAIR ORDERS PROCESSING :
Although we try to get your customised hair to you as fast as humanly possible. Due to the unique way we manually customise your Hair Orders,Our process time for Hair Orders orders is 10 - 15 business days before shipment.
Can I Cancel my order?
Klex beauty accommodates cancellation of orders within 24 hours after payment. To cancel, contact us (info@kraftedstores.com) within 24 Hours the payment for your order was acknowledged and confirmed. After this time we might be unable to cancel your request, change your address, or change your order. If you request for a package to be delivered to a new location after it has been shipped, transfer charges will be deducted if it applies.
What method is used for shipping?
All orders are shipped via DHL Or In-house Logistics team for domestic Delivery, and Strictly DHL for Express international orders depending on location. I have not received my order confirmation E-mail. What should I do? Order confirmation emails may be delayed due to high order volume. Depending on the method chosen upon checking out, SMS or E-mail, if you have not received your order confirmation please check the spam folder as some E-mails get sent there. If you have not received your order confirmation please contact us at info@kraftedstores.com if you have not received your confirmation email after 24 hours of your purchase.
Do you allow Exchange / Refunds?
All sales are final and there are no refunds. Due to the exclusive nature of our business and demand for our product, Krafted Stores would only accommodate returns through an exchange system. We want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchased and so would exchange your item or give you Krafted store credit.
However, this would be accrued to items delivered within 5 days after delivery on only sets that have not been opened, untied, colored, processed or tampered with. The product must be returned in the same condition and original packing sent to you. Human hair extensions and beauty products are considered hygienic products. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned or exchanged for the safety of all our customers. We would examine thoroughly before exchange or Krafted store credit would be given to you. We reserve the right to decide if product qualifies for an exchange.
Delivery charges will be paid by you. Krafted stores will not give refunds for delivery charges incurred during original delivery,return or onward shipping charges of exchanged items.
How long will my hair extensions last?
There are so many factors to consider; products used, climate, water, how often hair is washed, heating tools, and of course how you individually care for our hair. However, considering the best proper care is being done, we have seen our hair last a minimum of 10 years and longer.
Can I color, bleach, or use heat tools on my extensions?
You can treat your new hair just as you would your own. Because our hair is completely unprocessed one of the significant benefits is you can color, cut, curl or straighten it any style you desire.

When should I expect a response?
We aim to respond to all E-mails within 24 - 48 hours during regular business hours. Business hours are Monday-Friday 9 am- 3 pm GMT+1. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during holidays and sales.
